Is anyone else hyped for this game...

I don't have an eye toy or anything, and I've been outta the card game scene for SO long (approximately 6 or so years), but I'm so hyped about this game.

I sersiously would be in line to buy starter decks, and booster packs for this game.

Watch those traliers if you don't know which game I am talking about.

excited? I've been excited the day they announced it!
and you don't have to have a camera beforehand; there will be one included with the game. (in case you were asking) :)

Perfect...

That makes me even more hyped... Hopefully the game won't be too expensive...

Cuz I know card games can really cause a dent in the wallet lol...

BTW, can a mod edit this and add offical thread in the title...

Does this game have online play against other people?

That'd seal the deal for me. :)

He's babbling about your incompetence and lack of knowledge of the subject at hand!!! That's what!

To be frank though, generally speaking of these type of games, Sony's strategy (for games that are essentially meant for more than one player) is to have online.

So...... basically we are just frustrated with your inability to comprehend the larger picture. That is all, class dismissed.

j/k ;)

I knew he was referring to the question I asked.

I'm not very keen on wasting my time learning every detail about a game when I can come to a DISCUSSION on the game and ask one very simple question.

I fucking love the demeanor of this forum. Seriously.

For the record, I am Nova. I'm posting under a new name now.

I'm about ready to turn that invite down a second time.

I was really hyped for this game until I saw the dev videos on gametrailers. I don't like the direction the game took, where the you just place the cards on the mat and everything unfolds in a serperate view, like a cut scene.

I think it looked so much more interesting and fun, when the has the mat view and you see you hand in the game, and the monster pop up from the card, and you can mess around with them by lifting the card and stuff.

Now, it's like (from the video I saw, this may be different) you just place a card and a video take place. Not really immersive as before.

I don't think so at all. It's a turn-based card rpg, and you use the board and card placement as part of your strategy in between turns. I think them being in actual environments is a great immersive touch for the battles, otherwise you're staring at a table the whole time. And then you've still got the mode for examining your cards and picking them up and whatever. I don't think that game ever really changed direction.

Your referring to the E32006 showing right... That was just some tech stuff.

They probably will also put a free play mode of sorts in the game too (atleast I think so) where you can agitate you creatures by pokeing them and such... Or you can use it to set up a stragety and see how certain monsters are effected by certain environments...

We will see how it all turns out in when it comes out.

We were just joking.... we just have fun pointing it out when we've been here a long time and we're more or less as up to date as we can be. We don't mean anything by it though, seriously. Just playing....

Btw, tbh, it's funny that I actually don't know for sure if it has online play since I just proclaimed 'I am so up to date' lol! But I'd bet my favourite hat (I don't wear hats, but that's besides the point :P, just using figure of speech) that this will have online play.

P.S. I remember you are Nova btw lol Nova with the black and white Lightning avy.
