can I edit firefox 'mouse click' menus?

for example; when auto-correcting a word in Firefox and there is only one suggestion, I sometimes click 'add to dictionary' by mistake since the option is immediately under the suggested word. can I somehow move it a little down the list? also, there are other things I would like to edit when bringing up the menu from clicking the right mouse button. is that possible in Firefox?

I thought extensions only added extra functions and not helped to edit any basic FF function. are there extensions for editing?
