Change STEAM default browser to FF?

Is there anything in the Steam dir that will allow me to open screenshots with firefox instead of IE?

When I click a link it opens in FF but for some reason when I click a screenshot within the Steam 'box' it opens in IE.

If anyone knows, thanks.

are you using vista? if not how about un-installing IE
