Moving to general.
I see little to no noticeable difference other than given color and brightness reproductions.
Having said that neither version looks like the one Im playing at home.

Yeah, all looks the bleeding same to me. Pick the one you can get cheaper. (Presuming you have everything).

The beach music playing during it really makes me laugh. Good way to lighten the mood of dark gruesome violence. Only difference I noticed was the PS3 had richer colors.

The colors looked kind of shitty on the 360 version from that video. But from what i've seen from playing it on my TV is that it looks good.

IGN has the best comparison although Im having a hard time finding it.
Having played both versions the differences are minimal.

I don't give a shit about the comparison but I just played this today on my bro's 360 for like two hours or so and WOW man.
It's such an awesome engine.
It definitely is my favourite engine now, maybe even over-took Source.
What engine is this and what other game uses it?
It's awesome.
Interaction with many objects, bullets ripping the part of the body wherever you shoot, bodies fall satisfyingly, covering system is awesome etc

I agree Masterratt the Darkness powers and character builds are very well done. Athough my enjoyment with the title came much more from the use of a storyline based direction than visual flare.
Its a good title all around, although it has one of the worst multi player aspects I have ever seen.

It's interesting to see a 360 game looking less saturated than it's ps3 counterpart, as normally the opposite is true (COD3).

Yeah I probably took the good story for granted, it was so well done I felt like I was playing a movie instead of a video-game with a good story.
Sorry to be a parrot but any other games that use this awesome engine?

The Darkness arrived yesterday, I'm not sure it's very good...
First it's the old urban horror game schtick. The thing that was new and fresh in Max Payne, getting old in F.E.A.R. and is now is getting really, really tired. Even Capcom don't do that anymore.
One day in and I'm already getting bored. So I find a dark spot, pop all the lights, munch everyone with the slivery snakey thing then move on. God knows what I do with all these dudes hearts, I got about 50 of them, do you get a giant offal pie at the end?
What's good is Mr Faith No More's voice talent, the engine which is just awesome, and little touches like a seemingly working metro. Graphically it's very nice, I find myself staring at dudes on the underground.
But you know, bit of a drought at the moment so it's this and Ninja Gaiden Sigma for the time being.
(Better stuff on PS2 at the moment actually, Odin Sphere, Tomb Raider Ani, Grim Grimoire, lovely jubbly).
