My co-worker Alex is a lot like me: Broke and wanting to play games. So one day on his boards, the topic of what systems do you own comes up and he says he wants an Xbox 360, but he's too broke to buy one.
10 minutes later he tells me he gets a PM and one of the members offers to buy him an Xbox 360, no charge and absolutely no catch. He says hell yeah, but he doesn't believe the guy will do it.
It arrived on his doorstep two days ago: a Brand new Premium Xbox 360.
I couldn't believe it, the fact that there's still people like that in this world we live in today. Not that I'm saying no one here is like that, It just blew me away. You really don't expect something like that happening to someone who isn't involved in some kind of contest or something. Can you imagine how much better this world would be if every living human was so considerate?
