We're all familiar with the 80's 1 hit wonders but what about other genres and time eras? Let's start with rap. If you don't like any rap, why the fuck did you even open this thread? Keep the 'rap sucks' comments to yourself.

Keep in mind they can make other songs but have just one real hit.

I'll start with the one I just finished listening to.

Luniz - 5 on it.

I think NWA had more than one hit, lol.
Young MC - Bust A Move

Yes. Good one. Got to listen to that one again now.

Paperboy - Diddy

OMG I wish lmaoo.

I remember listening to that song when I was like 6 or something. Anyways, some of the stuff I will list aren't really one hit wonders to people who really listen to rap, but most people only know one song by them.

Kriss Kross - Jump
MC Hammer - Can't Touch This
Sir MixALot - Baby Got Back (he has had more, but hardly anyone knows about his other songs)
House of Pain - Jump Around

That is all I can think of right now

And NWA also had Express Yourself among some other hits, so Straight out of Compton isn't really a one hit wonder.

Atmosphere- Trying To Find a Balance.

Awesome song but Atmosphere has better ones but I'm not complaining that this was their only hit.

People who don't look them up won't bother with their other songs anyway.

^Last.fm introduced me to Atmosphere about 6 months ago. Good times. :)

Kool G Rap - Fast Life

Never heard anything else big from him while flying solo. Even though Nas is featured on that track, it's from a solo album.

Oh yeah, and Ghetto Superstar (That Is What You Are), by Pras. Pretty much the only thing he's known for outside of The Fugees.

Might I add Sugarhill Gang's 'Rapper's Delight', or have they had other hits of which I am unaware?

Digital Underground - Humpty Dance

Like Mix a lot, they've done much more but most aren't familiar with them.
