upload videos to PS3

not sure if this is the right section. heres a noob question, how do i upload my video files to ps3 through my memory stick pro "cybershot"? do i hav to create a special named folder?

You don't need to have them on a particular folder, although having a VIDEO folder is helpful because the PS3 OS will see it immediately.
