So I saw Collateral with Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx and it wasn't that bad of a movie really, the best party of the movie being the dance club scene where Tom Cruise goes bananas, but anyways the funny thing is, is my friend said it was set completely in LA, and said "what if they show that hotel we were supposed to stay in, and what if we see shit that we are gonna see when we go to E3?" Well see, something happened with the hotel (right across the street from the convention center) so now we are further away than we had expected.
Anyways, I see a few parts here and there that I know from going to LA and thought that was cool, then the turning point in the movie they drive by the Convention Center, and Staples Center. Then you see the reflection of the Holiday Inn hotel we were going to stay at in the Staples Center surely enough! Then a few more seconds into the movie clear as damn day you see the very Holiday Inn we were to stay at, so apparently they filmed in a lot of the parts of LA I have been in. Anyways I think this is a sign that a few days before I go to E3 I see Collateral and see these scenes. I don't know, lets see what happens eh?
UPDATE:
So a few minutes after I wrote this, the same friend that brought over Collateral asks me if I want some of his food because otherwise he is dumping it out when he moves back to Louisville. It was all some really godo food to, none of it gone bad, and it was liskt $100 worth.
Then I got a package...2 of them addressed to an E3 correspondent, but with my address. Before these past two weeks I have been trying to get more Xbox Evovled staff intot he Xbox conference and denied everytime, only Dakota and I were to go. Sure enough, the packages had a pass each in them! I think Collateral is some crazy good luck.
