A few weeks ago, Logitech released a PS3 pad with rumble and no motion sensing :duh: It might be that one.

As I understand it, there's nothing to stop 3rd parties releasing sixaxis rumble controllers that would at least work in DIRT.

WTF? Talk about taking one step forward and two steps back.

This is true. In the same sense 3rd party peripheral makers made a few basic motion based controllers long ago. Unless Sony is working with most of those peripheral makers right now, I'm at a loss for why one of them hasn't stepped though that big ass door of opportunity.

that doesn't look good for me. Logitech that I know makes better looking pads. I am sure this one is comfy, but I'll stick with the official pad till I see those kick ass Logitech designed release.
