Anyone willing to fill me in?Kaz Hirai said in his latest interview to Kikizo a couple days ago that the current sixaxis is not the final PS3 controller and that they're considering what additions they'll implement into the new one, and surely Immersion tech will have something to do with it.

Then we have the fact that some developers have hinted at rumble being implemented in a future revision of sixaxis and Codemasters have even included rumble code in Colin McRae Dirt PS3 version so that it'll be one of the first games to support it when it happens.

No official confirmation yet, but it is surely more than just a rumor.

I think all of u who had the word "dual" in ur title are dead wrong. Considering that Imerssion has developed a much more advanced technology, Sony will be advertising this new controller as a next gen controller and will call the dual vibration technology last gen, thus validating their PR reasoning for not incorporating the tech from the DS2 into the SIXAXIS.

So at least I think they'll stick with the Sixaxis name sake and either describe it as, "sixaxis with rumble" (on the box/advertisments) or tweak the name (shock axis, rumble axis ect.) because the defining feature of the current controller is the fact that it has the motion control (hence sixaxis).
