The action is furious. I just wish I had just grabbed it used during the time I bought my PS3, but I am also grateful of my Ninja Gaiden purchase.

I recently rented the game, and have gone past the conversion, "No Way Out."

Yeah man it's a great game.

I don't know what it did but it doesn't feel like other FPS games, the two months I had with the PS3, it was my most played and liked game.

Online is superb too (after you get used to it).

Those slow zombie-walking guys with no guns that try to bite you, it always freaks me out when they jump at you, even if I know it's going to happen.

A great game indeed but sadly, I've only completed it once. Online is also great fun once you get over the learning curve, especially given the fact that people have been playing this hardcore since the PS3 released.

^^My cousin was making fun of them killing them with melee attacks all the time saying "awww, how easy" and then he turned around and one jumped on him.

He got so scared, he dropped the Sixaxis whilst trying to shake him off.

I must have tried that bit at least 10 times on Hard difficulty.

You get new weapons and grenades so if you still have it, it's definitely worth a few more run throughs Fats.

It has OFFLINE co-op which let me tell you from experience, doesn't make that bit any easier.

Offline coop is fun when you have a friend who's never played the game before, and you know exactly what's up that staircase...

Then sit back and enjoy the slaughter as your best friend walks into a horde of chimera, and just run to the top of the stairs quickly, then down again right as he respawns, to make him respawn in the middle of the firefight... :evil:

its an awsome game online. hop into a room with only carbine weapons, 1 hit kills, team deathmatch & 32 in the room on the Rooftops :) fucking awsome fun just flatout ballistic.

Still on the third playthrough, man was I furious when after the hard difficulty there was still superhuman to go through to get those damned cool online skins :P

IMO superhuman isn't that much more difficult from hard anymore though.

Resistance is a fun game. I rented it and beat it on medium difficulty. I also play the demo every single day (since I can't afford to purchase the game).

Here are the good things about the game:

1) Good (but not great) graphics.
2) Fun gameplay.
3) Good multiplayer (for those who like multiplayer).
4) It is a decent length.

The less than good things about the game

1) It is very hard to get attached to Nathan Hale. Very little is said about him.

2) I'm frustrated with the fact that the game is not consistent. For example, you can blow out the tire of a car, but not a truck or bus. Also, you can throw a grenade at a concrete barrier and destroy it, but even a missile will not destroy a stop sign. Additionally, you can make some vehicles blow up by shooting them repeatedly. However, you cannot do any damage to other vehicles regardless of how much you shoot at them.

3) I think it would be cool if parts of the game were not quite so linear. I understand this is a linear game, but I wish I could wonder around the devastated cities a little bit more and enter into more buildings.

Good multiplayer, for those who like multiplayer

Like, dude, Ferrari is a nice car to drive, if you like cars.

I didn't happen to notice any concrete barriers exploding with grenades. Would be interesting to give it a go.
