URGENT HELP is needed! Plz?

Hi guys and sorry for posting such a thread here. I am only doing this because I am running out of options and looking for a helping hand.

Anyone with a PayPal account? See, yesterday I created a PayPal account and today I bought some tickets. However, I didn't know that I had to wait 3-4 business days until a code shows up on my credit card to validate the credit card. It's an American Express Platinum card, so financially, everything is fine.

Trouble is - I have to pay within 24 hours (more like 20 now) or else I'll loose the tickets. :cry2:

So, ehm, (hoping you are comfortably seated), I urgently need to borrow a PayPal account, please?

Thing is, if you transfer money from a bank to a paypal acct., it takes 3-4 days to go through. Same for withdrawls from paypal. So, even if I let you use my account you wouldn't be able to do anything with it as there isn't any money in it currently and it would take days to fix that.

But please, next time post something like this in General Discussion.

Prince Aftershow tickets. Last night out of a series of 21 concerts in London. Only 2000 tickets. Mostly sold out... I'm living in Denmark, so I can't just pay the guy a visit and give him the money.

May you phone your bank to find out the validation code? They might be able to tell you already, just like they'd be able to see immediately whether someone has used your credit card if you got it stolen earlier that day.

^ Already called AMEX. They can see the test amount of USD 1.95 being reserved, but the money hasn't been taken yet - so no validation code until that happens... Thx anyway..

Paypal should just add money from your bank account when you need them, even without validation :huh:. That's what it does with my Visa Electron; I never have to add money.

Anyway, if you PM me your full name, you can borrow mine. If you abuse it, I'll track you down and kill ya' :stirpot:

^ I just created a PayPal account and in order to validate the credit card, PayPal asks to take a small amount of money the first time (which will be added to the account again). On the transaction list from the bank I will see 'PayPal'+a four digit code that I need to enter on the PayPal website. That will show PayPal that I am the rightful owner of the credit card. That will only be done once.

I can't add funds to the account until the credit card is validated.

Are you sure that - if I use your account - that it will be paid immediately?
