I'm having problems downloading NHL07, massive slowdown.

Demos are now seperated into genres and some of the icons have been changed.

These downloads are ridiculously slow once they're over a certain size and demand. They just stop downloading and it's really getting to me. The Tony Hawk demo has been out on the 360 for days and that's not something you have to pay for with their online. I really wish Sony would get some better servers already as I'm going nuts here. does anybody else get the message "There is not enough free space on the hard disk" when trying to download the Tony Hawk demo? I'm assuming the demo is under 2 gigs. Am I right?

This is Sony's first gen with a service like this however, it's one of MS pros in a software comparison...

I'm pretty satisfied to say the least...Xbox live is really not a deal breaker for me, it's just slightly nicer/easier to get the same stuff:shrug: (demos/free content btw) Content wise, I think PSN slaughters it...

In highly related news, most people in SPF (http://www.myspace.com/projectspf) are getting the next Tony Hawk game, which is amazing because most of them haven't played one since 2 or 3. The 8-player online is something I'm looking forward to having for free and I'm still holding onto the hope that custom soundtracks may be there. With the latest firmware patch on SDKs removing the exact amount needed for custom soundtracks from the mandatory OS Footprint I think that it's possible for it to be there.
