Please help!!

Ok I just went to target and bought a cd/mp3 player, it's called the sony psyc, and the program that comes with it is Sonic stage, it runs like crap on my computer, I only burned one cd, and now It just gets stuck at 50% when its done transferring.does any one know a differant program to use for burning the Atrack format, b/c you can burn a ton of songs on it, is there any program that uses that, thanks

Did you try a newer version? If that doesen't help then I will help you in finding another program.

well if this means anything to you, the version is 2.0, I think thats the newest one. But it still runs like crap. I click on Transfer and every time I try it freezes up

+Do you connect it to you computer VIA a USB port?
+Was your computer made by a large company such as (gateway, Hp, Dell, sony, etc.)

Go to this sony support site for your product, and find your model number. You will then look for updates. So far, I have seen quite a few complaints over this software. Hopefully, they will release a new, non-crappy version in an update.

thats ok thanks for trying. I think i sort of fiqured out my problem, when I started up the program I inserted a blank disc and waited for it to load, I clicked on burn Atrac, and added all of my songs. The only thing is that it takes forever to burn. First it transfers the files, then at 50% it just suck there, about a half hour later it started burning
