What do you have planned for the day as you gear up for the BEST MIDNIGHT LAUNCH EVER!
I'll start.
Wake up at 8:30AM, shower, catch the bus into NY for work.
Arrive at work at 10AM, read work-related emails, read Teamxbox.com.
Meeting @ 2PM.
Come back from meeting, and read more Teamxbox.com, NeoGaf, and MajorNelson.com.
7PM, A&R Meeting.
8:30PM, Leave A&R Meeting if it's running longer than I had expected.
ARRIVE at the GameStop in Lyndhurst, NJ at 9:15PM where my 2 buddies will have been waiting in-line since 6:30PM.
Break out the Portable DVD Player, connect audio to our awesome BOSE portable speakers and watch everything Halo 3 related, IGN Documentary, Commercials, Gamespot Interviews, and listen to all of the HALO Soundtracks.
Eat Burger King French Fries and drink Sprite with the CHIEF showing on BOTH. (The promotion starts the 23rd.)
Midnight, break down the doors at GameStop, pickup my Legendary and Limited Edition copies of Halo 3, SPEED back home and play until my eyes bleed while drinking Halo 3 Mountain Dew!
Not having to worry about sleeping because I took off of work on the 25th and 26th - PRICELESS!!
this is a guy from teamxbox.com . I'm going to pick mine up after school is finished... but i'm not excited to this extent.

I want to get it at midnight. I'm still debating whether I should reserve a copy, or just get one. I'm pumped as hell, but I can't take off work or any of that shit.
My friend's birthday is on the 25th, and he doesn't have school. He's set.
I finally went a pre ordered today just incase it sells out in my local area. I traded in 4 360 games and put 10GBP towards it, and I still need more money.
Im skipping school for it, I WANT MY HALO 3!

Um lets see...ill go to sleep...wake up...go to school...sleep in classes....wake up...get on bus...get off...and meet my UPS man if its not already on my porch just sitting there.
I think I might even stay up for 24hrs straight playing it, with the help of some caffine pills and caffine drink.

I wouldn't have any problem staying up 24 hours straight. I remember investing my entire evenings to Halo 2. From 7 PM when I got home from work, til 4 AM the next morning. The only reason I'd stop was because I either got tired of playing by myself (no one else was awake) or I had to get sleep before work in 4 hours.
My only concern with reserving it is that I don't know where I'm going to be on launch night. So I'm not sure which place to reserve at. I think I'm going to tell my girlfriend that I'm staying at home that next day though. So that I can get my HDTV feel for the game.

I'd be down to get in on a H3 tourney of some kind. Or even like a get together.

lol.... waiting for a price drop on halo 3 isn't that smart of a move, unless you don't mind waiting years...
Anyways yes... we should all try and get on... maybe the day it is out? I don't know. I know I won't be touching the single player for a while. Multiplayer will be where its at for me.

I will be getting it at midnight of launch. Hopefully though my internet at home isn't too crappy to handle the online play.

I only bought Halo 2 like December of last year. So yeah, I don't have a problem waiting.
I'm hoping the Gamestop I reserved it at is doing a midnight launch. So, that means I get out of work Monday the 24th at 10:30 PM. A few friends and I will swing by the Gamestop and wait until midnight to pick up our copies. Afterwards, we go home and play Halo 3 until the end of time.
Well, I'm going to be missing my classes that day *shrugs* I've got a fight to finish. Clearly that's more important than Spanish or Art History.
I'll definitely have the game beaten before the day's end. If I could beat it on 4 player co-op, that'd be tits.

I'm doing campaign first. Just to get a complete handle on all the controls. And finish the fight, of course.
I intend on getting it launch day. I'd like to get it at Midnight, but then I'd be up all night playing. I can't ditch work, although I'd love to.
Every Gamestop should be doing the midnight release. As well as Walmart and 7-Eleven. haha.
I've got it reserved so I'll just go pick it up when i get out class on Tuesday at 1 and play it the rest of the day. I need to hurry up and beat bioshock before it comes out or else I'll never finish it.

Well I went at lunch and put a reserve on Halo 3. I traded in some games and luckily they were running a five day special that gave me an extra 30% credit since I was using the trade-ins towards H3.

Well I broke down and preordered it from EB. Not sure what time they'll call me to pick it up, but it doesnt really matter, since I'll be working.
I am seriously considering taking Wednesday off, though, and just geeking out with taco bell and Halo.
Oh yeah, I did the same thing as r33hash. Not a bad deal, I thought.

im skippin school for it... its a half day anyway and i only have one real class, physics so w/e and midnight for me got it reserved at gamestop :)
Good to see some people going through the campaign first. Gotta finish the fight, homerun. Besides, going through campaign unlocks more Spartan and Elite armors for multiplayer.
I love customizable character options.

Wow, you guys got this all planned out and shit. I'm just going to pick up the game and go from there.
I might create a character file and mess around in multiplayer for a little bit but campaign is what I really want to play.

I totally forgot about the customization options for armour, etc.
Now I'm even more pumped about playing campaign mode.
