I like points driven leagues. Is this that or is it head to head?

It's a league and every week you match up with someone in the league 'head to head.'

The stats of each person's team are accumulated over the week and the best records in each standing like points, turnovers, rebounds or whatever else it is set to is compared.

You get wins and losses at the end of each week based on that comparisons, so you might have 8 wins and 1 loss or 6 wins 4 losses or some ties all depending on what stats are being tracked from the league and how well your team does vs. the other team.

It's a really awesome system.

Edit - We do get to pick our teams right? When is the draft? My team name is Team Supreme btw :)

I like my team. Got Marion, the king of fantasy basketball (#1 three years running, I believe), Vince Carter, Josh Smith, Ron Artest, and Leandro Barbosa. I don't have as many pure scorers as I would have liked, but maybe that'll improve that kids like Aldridge getting a chance at a full season.
