This game looks incredible. I believe this one of the first in-game footage we have seen from the title of actual gameplay. The sense of speed is absurd and as of this early stage it seems like the level design has gone back to what it was in MCII. I can't wait to see more of this game. One of the best series ever. Watch the end of the race when the camera pans over top of the city, you get a real sense of how big this game is. Oh and pay attention to the videos because it is using the same graphics engine and assets that GTAIV will use.Thanks goes to ONQ @ PS3Forums.

Wow, the gameplay looks extremely similar to MC3: Dub Edition.

It doesn't feel like a new game from the shitty quality of the vid.
It felt like I was watching MC3.

First vid felt like seizure.

Well the HUD is different and the way you go the the map and the map itself lol

So the footage is MC: LA.
I'm sure better quality vid and a run down of features will make this game interesting since it's Rockstar.

But these vids alone are definitely "meh, been there, done that".

Gran Turismo 5 Prologue blows this out of the water

You guys are keraze. Multiplayer for this game is going to be insane. I remember how much fun CTF was in MCII.

One thing I disliked about MC3 that's also in this game is those power ups (one that slows time, the other that makes you like a tank etc). I'd rather it go back to no powerups instead of this magical Argo stuff.

MC3 was DUB Edition right?

I dunno I thought they added a purpose to each class personally.
Otherwise it was like "oh great now i gotta race as classic, now as a jeep yawn!"
But with powerups, "fuck yeah now I can do the earthquake or the tank!"

Yes MC3 was DUB Edition. I only disliked the powerups because as ironic as it sounds it made the game less realistic (yes I know its an arcady game to begining with) but in Dub Edition, I almost never lost. The track design was very easy to remember and you could see the next checkpoint from a mile away. The A.I wasn't as aggressive either.

Than I shall enjoy this game alone. :(Looks good to me. :shrug: And I had a great time with MC2...haven't played dub edition tho. But i'm looking forward to it. The video IS shitty but I'll keep an eye out for it either way.
