Not unless Skype agrees, which seems unlikely, so no.

Eventhough it doesnt say you can, one would assume you could capture and edit videos and send it to other people, which you cannot do.
I wonder if they'll ever put a system in place that'll allow for that, like if in Home friends could download the vidoes you have running on your in-house tvs.
