Since the DS3 is only being released in Japan this year I'm not sure if Sony is planning on doing an overall update to implement the feature...

There's rumors that the 2.0 update should be hitting very soon and will have DS3 support integrated in the update.

I know Naughty Dog stated Uncharted will support DS3 out the box so I would assume they will have the same 1.94 update embedded on the disk.

I have a strong suspicion that 1.94 will not be released online, but is only released as a temporary fix to allow the Japanese to use rumble with the newest games, since 2.00 won't be ready in time for the big games' release dates.

MotorStorm already supports rumble (3 different selectable intensities) and now has three sensitivity settings for motion sensing, you can see all that in the pause menu after downloading the 3.0 patch made available today. And yeah, I hope that the stores are down today for some reason related to firmware 2.0, but...

Nine PSone treats for huge PSN update

G-Police, Syphon Filter 2, Coolboarders, Crash and more...

The PSone games have fairly slow on the uptake, but Sony will gladly be stepping up the pace with the retro treats this month, with nine classics planned for November. Sweet.

G-Police is the one we're after, although there's plenty of awesome stuff on the way, including Crash 2 and 3, and Colony Wars.

Still no WipEout 2079 though, which is both shocking and disappointing after a series of mix-ups and no-doubt underlying technical issues saw the awesome racer confirmed for the download service back in July, and then delayed on the same day.

Here's the list of the nine PSone games on the way this month, followed by the enormous list of PSN content forecasted for the rest of the year.

If you read the descripton of twisted metal 2, it says the vs and co-op modes are not there. Can anybody confirm this. I don't wanna buy the game if it is just 1 player. The versus mode is all the fun in that game.

Co-op and versus are both there...i have the game, but how i wish this were online...this is one of the few games i say should be remade exactly how it is (gameplay mechanics). Great memories playing this back in the day.
