I don't read the blog, or I didn't until recently. I just want the sales to pick up so Sony can close the gap on the other 2. Granted more games are on the way which should help, but with the recent financial report, you do want them to turn it around somehow =/

It's alright if you're looking for just a games platform, but it in no way completely justifies what the PlayStation is. The PS3 is not just a games platform like the ad tries to portray it for; it's a full blown entertainment system without question.

There's this IGN ad which showcases Blu-ray, Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, NBA & Ratchet & Clank. The PS3 turns into all those type of games and shows a trailer afterwards. I tried DL'ing the flash but it only got the controller but not the PS3 itself. Considering one of major talking points from naysayers from the industry, when it comes to PS3 is the identity crisis. Couple that with general lack of knowledge about the systems, I disagree...commercials in this case could and maybe should be informative.
