So, I slept on my back wrong, and now I can't move without being in pain. Anyone have any simple remedies? I can't turn my neck, or bend over.

You're 21. What the fuck is up with that?
Those are good tips, though.

First off. You need to start stretching. When you start getting up there in age like myself, you know... bad things happen. Secondly, stop with the crazy ass sexual positions. Third, heating pad. Fourth, get someone to rub it out(get your head out of the gutter). Fifth, peppermint oil makes for a great muscle rub.
If all else fails, even with the tips given above, you can either kill yourself or go to a doctor for the good shit.
I prefer the latter myself.

Well, I tried stretching it, and it still urts pretty bad. My girl says she's going to give me a massage later, so hopefully that works. I can't even turn my neck at work without massive amounts of pain.

Oh dear.
I actually just got finished observing and interviewing a chiropractor for my English class today. The people there had similar problems, and they act like it's doing a lot of good. Perhaps you should give it a shot?

Ibuprofen, asprin, advil.... I usually just drown myself in pain relievers and wait it out. I used to have really bad back pain as a food runner. Imagine holding up a tray of 8 plates on one hand with your back killing you. Not fun at all.

rofl... ...maybe that was pushing comedy a bit far.....lol
I think when I say things shockingly wierd, it almost too shocking because people know me as the nice guy that I am.... sorry if that grossed you out (kinda grossed me out too)... I just couldn't resist making fun of Daniel...lol
hahah....and no.... nothing happened at E3 (Daniel wishes otherwise, I'm sure!)...
although..... he did moon me as I was coming out of the shower.... I think it was his attempt at a mating call....
...
wow.... I think I should just be done....
but in all serious Dan probably was doing something along those line, sleeping wrong is just his excuse.

This is very true. Although most of the restaurants I've worked at didn't have food runners.
And I had to walk to work. Uphill both ways, in the pouring rain and snow. Back then, waiters took care of their own tables.
Bullshit, blah, blah, ellipses, ellipses, mooning, E3, gay sex, blah, blah.
Someone's guilty.

it loosened up a bit through the day. I took a muscle relaxant to get to sleep last night and it's feeling much better today.

It feels better. And by nothing went on at E3...I think you forgot that Brandon and I slept together. So something went down. And it wasn't me.
