i think guitar hero 3 for the 360 would be up there too if there was enough in stock. Can't find the bundle for shit on the 360.

Once again phenominal 360 software sales why do some developers still insist on not developing for this machine?

The Wii version is no more available than the 360 version, and the PS3 is more available than both.

Wii is having the same problem. Despite great sales, software too, so many devs still don't want to commit any money to it. *shrugs*

Once again phenominal 360 software sales why do some developers still insist on not developing for this machine?Because it does worse than in the US everywhere else and because there's a wide margin between shooters and other genres in terms of sales, again mostly outside the US. I guess, because US sales are not all what matters.

VG, it still leads the PS3 in Europe and actually does decent lately in Japan.

The DS almost sold as many units as the top selling game. Thats madness. The Wii too, almost breaking a million units in a month. It ridiculous.

Actually the Wii has almost as many titles as 360 in the same amount of time, the problem is what it has always been with Nintendo consoles, people only buy Nintendo systems for Nintendo games generally.
If nothing else, the PS3 sales proves that people still aren't ready for the PS3 and that Sony needs to drop it down to at least $300 to do anything.

Call of Duty 4, huh? Interesting, but not surprising. One hell of a game.

I'm not too sure that Sony would lower the price again anytime soon. Nice to hope, though. I'm honestly shocked by some of it, I'd figure that Mass Effect would be a little higher than Assassin's Creed. Even though Mass Effect was advertised rather heavily though, I remember Assassin's Creed being blasted in my face.
I figured that I would see Rock Band on that list as well, considering how amazingly difficult is to come by at the moment. It was released later than GH3 though.. so oh well. And, the Xbox 360 has been making good progress in other areas that it once failed in.
Japanese stats (November 2007):
Nintendo DS - 78,599
PSP - 59,714
Wii - 37,617
Xbox 360 - 17,673
PlayStation 3 - 17,434
PlayStation 2 - 10,209
Game Boy Advance SP - 206
GameCube – 155
Game Boy Micro - 113
It's funny how I'm reading about people claiming the PS3 is outselling the Wii outside of the states yet I've found nothing proving it. The price drop certainly did help PS3 though, I remember when the PS3's sale rate was miserable compared to what it is now.

Are these sales legit?
I mean wow thats not to shabby maybe Lost Odyssey did some ok things for the 360?
Also VG Aficionado I can see where you are comming from Spain is very much as Sony stronghold.
EDIT: Interestingly enough
http://www.vgchartz.com/ reports that the PS3 is outselling the 360 guess I should check my sources before I talk as well.
