Can you not spell or are you just bad at typing?

Turn the PS3 off and hold the power on button for 5-10 secs. (until you hear it beep again)
Disconnect the other cable and leave nothing but HDMI plugged in.
(that usually works for me when switching from composite to HDMI - while traveling with the PS3)

Yeah, I think after one of the updates the PS3 can see your HDMI device, so when you turn it on it should let you know that an HDMI device has been detected...

I have found that HDMI takes priority, so that turning it on should detect and use the HDMI OK. If you have to switch to a lower res, then you will have to hold the power button when turning on till you hear the extra beeps.

Turn it on, and hold it down for 5-10 seconds until it beeps a 2nd time. That'll put it back at default settings, and it's going to look for all new connections.

I knew what you meant too, I was just curious about your typing style and wanted to know if you were incapable of spelling or were simply a bad typer.

Alright masteratt, being a dick isn't necessary. At least not over niggling details in his grammar. Don't berate someone for saying something poorly, otherwise you've got your work cut out for you with KRA. But the point is, let him say something less than intelligent, not say something less than intelligently. No need to just pick on him for it. This isn't english class.

I was just curious if he could not spell or just types like that, who is picking on him.
He can type in text speak style for all I care.

Well for not caring you've got a hell of an itch for bringing it up repeatedly.
What I'm trying to say is, drop it and leave him alone. Obviously, he felt like you're antagonizing him and your wording makes it easy to see that.
So,
Kindly shut your mouth.
I guess we're done here since we answered his question though.
