A lot of great terrific games are being released on both PS3 and the Xbox 360.

Are all these games that are released for both the Xbox360 and PS3 fitting onto one DVD for the XBox360?

Are game studios using compression to fit the content onto the DVD and not using it for the bluray disc because they don't have to?

or

are XBox360 games coming out on multiple DVDs?

If today's games are fitting on DVDs still, and the HD-DVD holds 30 Gig, will today's generation of games really need 30 GIGs compressed as a minimum?

moving to "video games" as basic questions applies to the 360

Wait for a game like FFXIII, the game and 1080p cinematics won't fit on a dual layer DVD IMO.

There is already at least one game on multidisc for 360 (cant remember the name right now...).
And of course theyre using compression but they compress data on BDs too.
Kojima said they want/ed 50GB dual BDs for the developement of MGS4 (i believe mostly because of all the FMVs in HD etc.).

There are two games on 360 that have multiple discs as far as i know
Blue Dragon has 3 discs and the new game Lost Odyssey has four discs.
