i was contemplating calling bryan earlier and telling him whats been happening. he is closer to brian than all of us are, and i doubt brian has any fucking clue on what the hell has happened to his forums.

its not funny, not at all. but i fear, with over half of the members not caring about the state of nnow forums right now, that we're falling apart. and the ones we need most like nathan, bryan, and brian are nowhere in sight (nathan has left).

for those of you that have "left," but still post under another name, you should know that you are being a dirty dirty..uh..something or other. i have great respect for every member that left, but when they left, many of them said that they left for good. to return and post negative comments is proving no sort of "rebellion" at all, its just harming the memories you had ages ago.

thats my thought for the night. now, i go onto the growing habit of cereal and studying for french tests.

a quick edit: brian has an idea of whats going on..he has to. hes been on the forums. its just the fact that he hasnt stepped in that gets to me.

The forums and the site are completely seperate. Thusly, Brian is mostly worried about the main site, as that is what he deems important. I might be mistaken, but I believe that Brian gave Nathan complete comtrol over the forums...Again, i could be wrong about this.

Administrators are/should be more like the techie people, while them mods/supermods are like public relations. ;) Viper runs at least one website, so he knows that he's doing in that department. I don't know about Hitman, but he was an admin before for a good while so I'm sure it was for a good reason. We'll survive without Nathan, but things'll definetley be different.

Seriously though, here is how I see things, if you're interested:

What happened was the response to many things that have occured over the past couple months. It was just the more recent events that aggravated an already restless forum population. Now, anyone who left is welcome here, and you may want to come back now that..

1. Mach will never again be a Supermoderator. I stake my admin position at this guarantee.

2. The Madhouse is being restricted to those with higher post counts (established members we can trust to not be dumbasses)

3. Hitman is being reinstated as an Administrator.

4. Blaksmoke is a supermod.

5. Kevin was already unbanned, because his banishment was unfair. See #1 to see how unfair it was ;)

6. We will make a more whole-hearted effort to listen to your concerns, although sometimes Nnow, or it's staff will need to make decisions separate from the judgement of the members. That's how it goes, but if you want to tell us what you think, don't be afraid to if you plan on doing so in a courteous manner. Being cruel and bitterly sarcastic won't accomplish anything for you, and I would much rather have you not think you got banned for having a dissenting opinion if you break a rule or three while sharing your thoughts.

I'm confident that some of you will return, and a more efficient and user-friendly NintendoNow forum awaits you. For those who are permanently gone, I enjoyed posting with you, and perhaps we will talk via messenger.

If you can see the mad house, you're eligible.

If you don't meet the requirements, you can't even see the mad house.
