All I can say is WTF... The parents need to be shot or made sterile so they can't make any more kids. Its obvious by this ones actions that they have no responsibility nor the knowledge to raise thier child.
You need a license to drive a car, however any irresponsible dumb ass can have a kid.. Something is wrong with that picture.
REDWOOD CITY (AP) ―
A 10-year-old boy was sent to juvenile hall after holding a foam pellet gun to a classmate's head and robbing him of his Pokemon trading cards.
No one was injured in yesterday's incident.
Redwood City police say the fourth-grader brought an Airsoft gun to Roosevelt Elementary School and held it to a 6-year-old's forehead, demanding that the younger child give up the trading cards.
The fourth-grader has been suspended, school officials are considering whether to expel him.

Burn all Pokemon related stuff.
Send all Pokemon fans to prison.
Get Hillary Clinton and Gordon Brown on the case.
See if Jack Thompson is interested.
Problem solved.

Amusingly enough, I stole some Pokémon cards today too.
Except they were only two of them, and they were being cut up for an art project; the rest were to be thrown away.

Dumbasses seem to be the ones doing most of the reproducing. Someone worthy of procreation might have a kid or two, but the ones that shouldn't be reproducing crank out six or eight little bastards.

Yeah! Now days it's all about Yugioh. Whenever a card game is released about a show. It just ruins the show. Kinda like American voice overs for Deathnote, and Naruto.

For everyone who's saying it's the parents fault, how do you know that?
Kids have been doing stupid shit for eternity. It's not always the parents fault, but every time something like this happens, people say the parents are to blame. It is possible for kids to just be stupid/fucked up/dangerous on their own...

Well said.
Do we not teach our children to be their 'own person'? Do we not teach them right and wrong? Do they not have their own consciences? Bah, I say beat the kids.

It might have been one of those new 'Elemental' cards that actually do real life special effects. Those make kids go crazy.

Wait till you have kids of your own, then you'll understand...unless this kid is clinically retarded, his parents are definetly to blame. As bad as it may sound, if the kid is mentally healthly it's much like raising a dog in the sense that you have to be in total control most importanly, but you also need many other things such as affection/discipline/nurturing. Without a healthy balance of all of those things you'll have an unruly/aggressive pet that doesn't listen to you at all. Same goes with a kid basically, just on a much higher perspective..if you allow your kid to do whatever he/she wants (no discipline) then they will never respect you nor listen to what you say. There's no telling what that kid was subjected too by his parents, or lack there of. You put that kid with responsible, loving parents for 6 months (and maybe some therapy) and he'll be just as 'normal' as can be. The problem lies in our system of just throwing kids into some juvenile hall till their 18, without any love and affection or any chance to be a real kid..just to be released into an unfamiliar world at 18 just to lead a life of crime. All parents should have to take a class and be licensed to have kids, they should all be trained in the first signs of many different problems kids can face, such as depression, anger, anxiety, ect. The problem is none of these parents give a shit, and the ones that do care and love the kids are just too god dang stupid to know when there's a real problem..by the time they realize it, it's too late and you see them on TV after little timmy shot 27 kids at his high school, saying how sweet of a kid he was and they NEVER expected this....Bullshit.
