(This is Kevin/Sandman.. I actually posted this in another thread, but nobody seems to be reading it)
Also, the people here. I can't stand most of them. Merging with XL was the worst mistake we have made.... as it's disease and plague can still be felt from the bitterness from such members as Colin and Kevin. Don't get the wrong idea, I'm not closing because of anyone particular. But the truth is, I just don't give a damn anymore.
One last comment - The merger with GameCubeXL was the worst mistake that GCXL ever made, not NNow. GCXL died because the merger was fucked up, but NNow profited by gaining some of it's best members such as Nathan, Hitman, Silent Warrior, Colin, Anti-Colin, Zelda Prime, JCIG, Bowser, Adam, CJ, and more. I would name myself, but since I'm obviously part of the reason the site was deleted, I won't. My criticism was alot more harsh than I intended it to be, and I'm sorry for that.
But honestly, how can you say GCXL is the worst thing that happened? Where would we be without ...
the hilarious Skull Kid/Bowser exchanges?
Adam's unprecedented Xbox fanboyism
Hitman and SW great administrating skills
Colin and Anti-Colin's wittyness
C.J.s strange love of wrestling and dedication to the site for so long..
Nathan's administration of the boards...
That is all. I had no "harsh" feelings after the merger debacle, I just wasn't surprised when N2 wasn't launched over and over again due to that. I have nothing but respect for Brian even though I didn't show it.
It's obvious that he has just way too much going on in his life and not enough time to run a website with members that are as impatient/bitchy as I am.
