I can't find Jigglypuff. She won't appear after having completed the first twenty event matches, not after beating the game on classic, and I can't figure out which level it is in the SSE that I'm supposed to play to find her.

Can anyone help me find this annoying pokemon?

EDIT: It only makes sense that the damn thing shows up RIGHT AFTER I MAKE THIS THREAD!

I fucking hate Jigglypuff.
