that adjusts the brightness or contrast of your computer monitors? I'm not even sure if there's one. I've been searching for one and no luck, if there is one. I know you can do it with your monitors, but I'd think maybe there's a program for those people that wants another option. I know there's programs out there that lets you control your volume for the speakers.

What kind of graphics card do you have? I know that through my Nvidia control panel I can adjust brightness and contrast

I have Nvidia as well. =) Crappy one, that is.
But thanks a lot anyways, I found one! Feels great to finally see true colors after all these years with a used up monitor, haha. Thanks for trying to help though.

For others looking for a solution: the buttons on your monitor or the NVidia or ATI control panel programs let you adjust brightness and contrast.

Photoshop also used to have an adjustment tool... Adobe Gamma something or other. Probably only really helpful for CRT monitors though.

The thing is with my monitor, it's at the highest brightness, but yet it's still too dark. I use this program to override it.

You use an old CRT because LCD's are horribly bright at times for me
