best Fan Cooling for PS3?

my ps3 fan is very Noisy ( even more then xbox360)

so I think I should buy one of the fan cooling device maybe will make ps3 fan not loud

I wouldnt buy stuff like that because you always get problems with dust that gets sucked in to the machine.
But if youre fan is louder than the one from the 360, you either dont have enough free space on the site where the PS3 blows its hot air out, or its broken.

Are you still in warranty? If not then you might open up the machine and try to clean out some of the dust with a can of air. Sony charges 150 US dollars for repairs, regardless of what they do, which strikes me as excessive for something like a fan blockage. My PS3 is in for repairs right now, but I was having serious RSX problems (I think). Before I sent it in I took the machine apart to try to clean it (in case dust build up was my problem). It wasn't too hard to take the shell off, and that's about as far as I went. Still, I got gobs of dust out of the thing. Had dust been my problem, I think I would have fixed it.

If, however, you're still in warranty, it might be good to send it in. The worst part is waiting for it to come back, and today is only day 1 for me...

If your PS3 fan is louder than your 360 Fan, it's fucked up.
