I just had my last undergraduate final.

I have until Saturday for graduation, but it's just a really weird feeling. Most of the people I hang out with will be moving home for good in the coming weeks, while I stay around and go to grad school for the summer.

I guess it's a realization that the real world is coming, got my start date email for Deloitte last week as well, August 25, that's the beginning of the rest of my life I guess you could say. Although I do get next summer off to finish school at 80% pay.

Going to be quite a week this week, finishing it off in style...:cheers:

Still got 2 more years of my undergrad before I can say goodbye to school (hopefully).

I have three days left.

I feel that I'll fail my Indiana Literature, seeing as how I still haven't turned in the final that was due yesterday. So I'll probably just take another semester of some English class my senior year.

June 2nd i finish. it's been a long road, but my education will finally be over.
i'll be going home to try and get myself into a financially stable situation, then hopefully coming back to the city to start a career. exciting times.

My last class will be next tuesday, ending at 10pm.

After that I have sfa till finals, 14th, 16th and 17th (I think) of next month.

Then a month of nothingness, parkour, hopeful employment and being depressed over the summer that could have been.

Yeah, my school has always been the latest out of anyone I know. It's all good though.

i still have to to go school a couple more times before i am finished my apprenticeship. I need to go alberta one more time so i can get more hours, and then finish off my apprenticeship at home. Just home for a summer now. Spend my time summer on my time

congratulations man I can't wait until I'm done with school.

I got my associates this year which is nice but I still have two years to get my Bachelors degree and then another year of study so I can take the CPA exam, damn CPA exam making me study another year.

I'm graduating with my Masters this summer. Just gotta work on that thesis.

Tonight I submitted my students' grades. Now I wait for complaints/angry emails. Hearing from disappointed students is the worst part of my job.

Yeah I am going to start studying for my CPA this summer, bought the books during spring break but haven't looked at them yet, going to try to get two sections out of the way this Fall, at least.


I don't think I could handle grading kids in college, I can't imagine the backlash you get.

My final honors thesis was 50 pages long, a lot of it was group work but still, that thing was a bitch to get together. Glad I'm done with that.

Yup. I teach English 209: Intro to Fiction at one university and Writers' Workshop 101 at another. While those classes are essentially Literature and Composition, respectively, I'm most qualified to teach Creative Writing. I'll be happy to help you if I can. Feel free to shoot me a PM...
