Just recently, Nintendo and other 3rd party developers made their Nintendo DS software plans public. Below you will find a list of both Nintendo developed DS titles and a multitude of 3rd party goodness:

WarioWare Inc. DS:
Super Mario 64X4:
Metroid Prime: Hunters:
Metroid Prime: Hunters:
Metroid Prime: Hunters utilizes the Nintendo DS wireless capability to the fullest. Up to four people can connect and duke it out in locales reminiscent of Metroid Prime. Each player will be assigned different color Samus suits in which they will run around, shoot missiles and even turn into the infamous morph ball And guess what! All of this is done by a simple touch with the stylus. Thats right! Shooting, aiming and even turning into a morph ball will be done by simply touching the screen.
Super Mario 64X4:
Imagine a four player version of the legendary Mario 64 and you get the recently announced Super Mario 64x4. You heard right. In the game, each player competes to gain the most stars. One screen is used as a map while the other is used as the actual gaming screen. By touching the screen, players can toggle the camera to see how their competitors are performing.
WarioWare Inc. DS:
Taking inspiration from its recently released GBA and GCN counterparts, Wario returns in an all new zany title currently known as WarioWare Inc. DS. In this game, Wario drops boxes from the top screen to the bottom screen, which then turn into mini games. Using your finger or the stylus, players can play the mini games which will, no doubt, utilize the Nintendo DSs revolutionary features
PictoChat:
While not a game exactly, PictoChat is definitely unique. To be more specific, this new piece of software is the new instant messaging feature that was announced some time ago. The bottom Screen is used as the keyboard, while the top screen displays what youve written. Up to sixteen people can connect and send messages via the DSs wireless capability.
No information is known as of now about the other three games, but more is inevitable to be released as E3 progresses.
