Every time you 'defeat' him he gets up a little bit slower and with a little more effort.

I think that's a great clue without outright telling you how and stealing the satisfaction of finally getting past him. :)

Think about something in your repitoire that supresses things.

The best way to find out how to kill him is to use everything that was said , and look at all your items you previously acquired. Some might be useful.

Its like with all MGS, if you dont know how to defeat a boss you always can call your friends via Codec.

The M60 gets him like no other weapon. Just wait until he runs at you on the floor, wait until you get a lock and fire, and he will be down before even getting close, lol. Just equip the M60 with a grip first, so all the bullets are centered in his body...
Don't have a two handed weapon equipped when grabbing(hold R1, then triangle) though.

The easiest and fastest way to get him is by doging his forward slash at you and then quickly grabbing him from behind with syringe equiped using cqc.
