What animal(s) are you?

upon completion, MGS games always gives you one or more animals reflecting your gameplay style, what did you get with MGS4?

me:
Hyena: for scavenging the battlefield.
Pig: for gorging on health items.
Tarantula: for tranquilizing anything that breaths.

I don't remember the exact explanation given for each, but there were generally for that. :)

Tarantula: stayed hidden but killed a shitload :P

after all my playthroughs the only ones i need to get now are

Giant Panda

Chicken

I don;t intend to get the last 3 anytime soon :P

I didn't really feel the need to do much jumping or diving out of the way. cept for nades. the geckos never ran at me, just near me.

I know one of mine was either an Eagle or Hawk...can't remember the others.

I just checked...I had Eagle AND Hawk. I also had Pig, Inchworm, Frog, and Puma.

Pig: Used a lot of health
Incheworm: Crawled alot
Frog: Leaped alot
Puma: Got killed and alerted alot, but also had a high number of kills
Eagle: A lot of headshots
Hawk: Loved by the rebels

I just got Mantis on my no kill, no alert run through under 5 hours.... I have gotten almost half of the medals too.. Hopefully I can get the Big Boss medal soon enough.

Rabbit - Enjoyed the Maxim magazines with Playboy covers.

And then would that count for both CQC holds and knife kills

You can either grab 50 guys in CQC holds, and then knife kill them, or grab 50 guys, and knife kills 50 guys. I did the latter, as I was also going for no kills, but the first way is faster. And you can also use the stealth item and still get the Assassin rank. Much easier that way.
