There are some many games I want but I am a poor college student that can't afford to buy games any more especially with school starting in a month. I just bought Civilization Revolution for the 360 and that will be the last game I buy for a while but the civ games usually last me a while. I still play Civilization 3 every once and a while.

Civilization Rev. any good?

If you like the Civilization games its excellent although not nearly as in depth as the pc versions its still quite fun. If you haven't played the games and don't mind turn based strategy games its a great game to introduce you to the Civilization games. Its not as overwhelming as the pc versions can seem but still layered with plenty of strategic goodness. The only grip I have is there is a limit to how long you can play the match it ends in 2100 AD no matter what which is about 3 hours but once you get used to it its plenty of time to win by one of the 4 methods.

That's still quite a bit of cash to spend. I might get the Rock Band 2 drums just because I dislike the original set (and the drum pad silencers they made only made it so I have to hit the drums harder in order for the hits to register. Bleh). Soul Calibur IV is just a game to tide me over during the summer. I need a decent fighting game, and this one looks like it has some depth to it. Hurray for re-playability! Force Unleashed may end up being a gift to my girlfriend, but I'm still debating that with myself.
The only game that may potentially suck on that list is Afro Samurai, but meh.

I thought last year was suppose to be the year of the sequels... we need some freshness.

I have been kinda behind on gaming news, but I know the new Guitar Hero will have a drumset included... I don't want another one of those in my house, even if this game scores a perfect 10, so I am just curious if the Rock Band drums will work at all. Anyone know for sure?

No Michael, I mean why the hell would you want Godfather 2? I also thought they were in a legal battle with the people that made it, as they should be. The Godfather game while decent on the original Xbox, is very blasphamous

That's my concern too. Though I'm looking forward Bioshock 2 (this fall i betcha) but wondering what next year other then the spring releases hold for us.

oh haha! well the first game was pretty good IMO, I enjoyed it

Forgot to mention Quantum of Solace. Looks great, I'm just worried about the parts that aren't shooting...will the be fun or tedious?
