I nearly fell a sleep in Twin Towers or Evil Two Towers or whatever it was called.
Never cared for Lord Of The Rings ever since.
I specially remember the stupidity of them walking for 2 hours and then at the end, huge birds just come in and fly them to their location.
Why didn't they just get the birds from the beginning?
Also when the famous midget guy was being attacked by the spider, he looked constipated, that was entertaining.
Oh and the huge battle (might have been in another film actually).
But other than those two entertaining things, it was really boring.
I also liked how at the very end the ship sails like 2 centimetres in a minute whilst everyone is waving etc, then the next cut we get a horizon shot and the ship is already at the horizon, like it teleported there.
The film had the guts to show me people walking for 2 hours but thought a ship sailing might be a bit boring(?).
So yeah it's coming to Blu-Ray hey? Awesome stuff.

Somebody's been watching too much Clerks 2...
Kevin Smith was just pissed because Star Wars fucking sucks now and LotR was brilliant :-p

hey? I only saw it once...
Just because my view on the film happens to agree with another doesn't mean I've been brainwashed or whatever you were suggesting.
It's a film about people walking, people are going to say it's a film about people walking.

Uh... there was an enemy army in that place before that. You wouldn't want to fly over them. It was a sneaking mission all along, even though none of them wore a bandanna :-p Frodo did have a camo cloak though.
I haven't watched them since the DVD release, and I wouldn't mind watching them again in HD. Anyway, I can't bother to watch those videos. Can you actually post a link to the news source?

I've watched each of the Extended Editions at least 4 times apiece, and the theatrical versions (both in theatres and on DVD) quite a few more times. Watching these movies in HD is going to be an absolute treat :-D
If walking is all you get from the movies then you have my sympathy :-p

Same here. I have a hard time organising my top 5, but I always put the trilogy somewhere up there
These movies are crap, go read the books. The movies don't even come close to doing them justice.

Return of the King is one of the best movies I have ever seen.... it was just so epic!
Two Towers was my least favy out of the 3.
Once I get some kind of blu ray player, I will own these.

call me when all 6 starwars are on BR - but more importantly IV to VI
P.S. It's absolutely sad that all the LOTR and SW films are not on BD yet. Shameful.

Man, all I know that this is the most epic movie I have ever seen.
Although I usually skim through the walking/talking part now-a-days hahah.
It's pretty much like playing any MMO or regular RPG minus the playing.

The first movie was so boring when the actor who played Agent Smith in the Matrix was on screen my friends and I would tell jokes, Hobbit I need that Ring to defeat Mr.Anderson, the ring will be safe in the Matrix, or Mr. Anderson why u so short? we had so many jokes we almost got kicked out of the movie theater.
