I haven't really been following releases at all and nothing that I know of has my interest but from your list I do know I want to watch The Wrestler.
I read a preview on it a while ago and it seemed very interesting.

For the record, ive already seen Let The Right One In, Milk, and Slumdog Millionaire (x2) that otherwise would be on my list and all three ended up being great films which i recommend. Frost/Nixon, i dunno about right now. Have to watch a preview.

Almost all of the Golden Glober nominees for major awards are being released in November and December, and most are on my list.
The Wrestler looks incredible. The trailer before Milk nearly had me in tears. THE TRAILER!

And the film doesn't disappoint. Most of the movies left on my list are Oscar contenders, but it's hard to find most of them right now.

2008 is ending in like less than 20 days...
Why didn't you just make this a most anticipated movie thread.
As for my actual reply... I am really not looking foward to anything at this point. Nothing seems too interesting right now.

Yes, i understand 2008 is soon to end, but all of the movies i posted have planned releases (or have already been released) in 2008. Therefore, i want to see what people want to see RIGHT NOW. If open it up to, "what do you wanna see?" it can obviously get some movies that are months down the road.
These are the final few films that are eligible for awards this year, and its nice to be aware of great films in the present, not months in advance when you are likely to forget them.

Doubt is very high on my list, I'm really interested in seeing Revolutionary Road as well. Gran Torino looks pretty good, and the Wrestler trailer I saw before Slumdog Millionaire looked amazing... I already saw Milk, and Slumdog Millionaire (totally gonna watch that one again though)

I really want to see Milk! But sadly, I live in Alabama. Only one theater in the whole state is playing it, so I will be traveling 100 miles soon to go see it...

Oh yeah, I still haven't seen JCVD, and I really wanted to check that bad boy out, looked really good.
Benjamin Button looks interesting, but to be honest I'm really not a fan of Brad Pitt. I love Cate Blanchett though, and the director is definitely good, and I get to see movies for free so I'll end up seeing it lol.
I forgot about The Reader until I saw your list again <3frosty, I really like Ralph Fiennes & Kate Winslet, so that should be a watcher too, the trailer looked pretty nuts.
It's probably too late now, but I did want to catch I've Loved you so Long (Il y a longtemps que je t'aime), that looked good and I heard that Kristin Scott Thomas did an amazing job in it.
I just saw the trailer for A Christmas Tale, and it looks like a lot of fun, I'm really digging Mathieu Amalric (Quantum of Solace, The Diving Bell & the Butterfly), but it doesn't look like that one came anywhere near me. :-/
Personally, I think Tale of Despereaux looks aweasome.

Shit, i had no idea we had a movie section... sweet.
i really like Mathieu Amalric as well. Im about to watch The Diving Bell and the Butterfly soon.
About The Reader, dont expect lots of scenes from Fiennes. At least, from what i have read.
JCVD! Yes, i want to see this, if only for giving more money towards the Muscles from Brussels! ahahaha. I loved Street Fighter: The Movie. haha, just great. And The Quest was epic.

I just got back from Frost/Nixon, and it was incredible. I cant believe the performance by Frank Langella. Absolutely amazing; hands down the best acting i have seen all year. And one of the best films.
Additionally, i saw Gran Torino earlier today, and that was a damn good movie if only dampened by the poor acting by the Asian people. Sorry, but most of the Asian cast had never acted or were very green from what i had read. At least, the young ones were.

Have you guys seen the preview for "9" yet? A fresh animated film coming up produced by Tim Burton. Looks awesomely imaginative.
