does anyone know what is up with sega making a new console. i heard they are but then why would they sell their company to sammy and lose the sega name? i like sega and it's trademark, sonic!

There was never going to be a new Sega console, that was internet rumor and with Sammy buying the rest of Sega....there can never be a Sega brand console again.

HOWCOME? is it becaues sales are bad? or is it because sega still can't afford to create and market a new console, after it went bankrup 4 years ago???

It's because in October, Sammy is buying the rest of Sega. After october.....there won't be a Sega left.

If there was a new sega console, it would have been shown at E3. And E3 has passed.

sega wasn't very good at all im glad to see them gone. the sonic games blew maybe not the old ones but the new ones are horrible.

sega was more than sonic.

shenmue, jsrf, every game that had `virtua in its name` and all that was good... except game music [shivers]. well jsrf had good music but that was it.
not to mention their arcade games..
Ill be sorry to see them go, one of the first kings to die. It would be good if all could stay but i wouldve prefered to see nintendo die first, just so i could laugh on the gc forum ^_^

i was gonna say the same to you ^_^ i love broadband. i dont want to go back to oz. everywhere in japan has broadband EVERYWHERE!!!!
shouldnt you be studying or something anyway?
