Just got this DVD movie yesterday while I got bad flu, My wife brought in wal-mart because she know I love Resident Evil stuff.

The movie pretty good, it's got Leon S. Kennedy and Clarie redfield. lol, Leon look like he haven't slept for days since after Re4....poor guy.

I finally watched this the other night, I really enjoyed it. It answered a few questions, but also let me with some for RE5. The animation is amazing, just like FF:AC. My only complaint was the voice dubbing. The original movie was done in Japanese, so the English doesn't match the mouth movements, other than that, I recommend you at least check it out, if not buying it.

Whats the story and where is it set? I only know about RE4 and I'll be getting RE5, but other than those I know nothing about the series. I've heard its good so Im interested in getting it on Bluray (CG movies are awesome on bluray :)) but Ill probably have to rent it first.

I enjoyed it a lot. I was surprised at the end. I also was too tired to stay awake for it all in one sitting & had to watch it over the course of two nights.

From my knowledge it takes place between RE4 and RE5, but I could be wrong.

I've watched it a couple of times (saw it like 2 weeks before it came out officially) and I loved it. It was pretty good, but I still am wondering how RE5 is gonna connect to all of it.

There is that obvious connection with the African General dude, but what else. Is that they only way this movie is setting up RE5?

I thought the movie was great also, especially the visuals.

Isn't Tricell part of RE5 also? They were like shown all over the ending. And were the ones in the end who picked up a part that was left of Curtis's G-virus infested body. I think that may be a connection of some sort also.

That indian women was saying that as a joke. Her new boyfriend was just the new job she had gotten at TerraSave. Because of all the late nights working... Get it...

At the end of the movie, the governor with a newspaper cover his face, the computer seem to be hacked by someone, do you think Wesker or Ada wong might have something do with this?

It seemed to me it was deleting files. Most likely by Tricell, or somebody affilated with them not wanting anything leaked to the public about what happened at WilPharma.
