Garage band.

It's a mac program that lets you put different instruments together and make songs.

I don't think its possible, I don't see how its possible. I have never seen any mac program on a pc anyway.

^no its possible...with some programs....

although im not aware of any hacks to make progys made only for mac to work on a PC...

now if you had something like Photoshop, MS Office, or a game for a Mac you could get that to work on a PC...but with anything like that you loose alot of stability.

The mac board i frequent isn't all to accepting of using Mac progys on PC, for obvious reasons, but none of them knew of a way for grage band to work on a PC

*shrug*

It's always possible that Apple will port GarageBand to Windows. You never know. After all, QuickTime and iTunes both are very important to Apple in both their Macintosh and Windows form. However, I think it's unlikely GarageBand will debut on Windows. The main reason is that Apple uses applications like GarageBand, iMovie, and iPhoto to lure Windows users into buying Apple hardware. It's an important part of their marketing strategy.

KDwag, try downloading/buying a Mac Emulator, that may allow you to run Garage Band.

I was just being told about using a Mac Emulator...

As much as i geek as i can sometimes be... i have never even thought of there being one. Would it kill my computer with slowness or what?

By the way, GarageBand... yeah, thats definatley one that'll lure you. If you haven't used it, you gotta know, if your obsessed and in love with music as I am, it's a powerful, kick ass tool.

I have a crappy one called Ardi Executor, but it's only a 30-day demo and is only for older Mac programs. But you'll be able to find a better one somewhere.

I'd be surprised if anyone makes a working Mac OS X emulator that can actually run a program like GarageBand. If you find one though and it runs slow, don't bother trying to run GB. It's very processor intensive.
