...Love the Atomic Bomb. :) One of Kubrick's underappreciated gems for sure.

Underappreciated? What the hell are you talking about? Anyone who knows anything about films will readily acknowledge that this is one of Kubrick's most recognized and memorable films. Sure, the younger crowd might recognize The Shining and Full Metal Jacket faster than this one, but that has more to do with their education and experience in the film world than anything else. The whole War Room montage, riding the A-bomb, and Dr. Strangelove's rather eccentric appearance are all a part of pop culture. Peter Sellers' triple performance, Sterling Hayden's manic insanity, and George C. Scott's hilarious over-the-top work are wonderful gems.

Now, if you wanna talk underappreciated Kubrick work, try Barry Lyndon, which was made in 1975. It has a very strong and fervent cult following amongst filmmakers, in particular. It is long, though.

I thought about picking this up the other day. Well, I saw it while browsing movies at Best Buy. I also considered grabbing a dual set of Fargo and Raising Arizona, although I haven't seen either.
