I have a ps2 3000 model with the network adapter. i lost the disk to change the settings. does anyone know where to get another?

You can call SONY and tell them to send you a new network disk.

But if I remember correctly, you can change the settings from inside the games. At least that's what I remember from the WRC:RE game that I used to play a lot.
