According to GameStop, the recently announced mature Zelda tentatively titled The Legend of Zelda (go figure) is slated for an October 18th 2004 release date. This information has NOT been confirmed by Nintendo themselves but one can only hope that the sneaky GameStop staff members have dug up some truth… …If so, the next question would be whether or not this is to be considered a Japanese or worldwide release date.

Impossible.
Well, not impossible, but as close to impossible as you can get without acually being impossible...

Funny at EBGames how they have right under that that it is coming out in 2005. I don't know what this date is, but it's not the release date for Zelda, they sure dolike to make assumptions, like the DS for $200.

you guys are confusing me. you call it a "mature zelda game". Does that mean it will have a Mature rating, or are you just talking about the maturity of the graphics?

They mean that it looks mature, not that it'll be rated Mature. That's why I tend to stay away from the term...
Just because it looks real dosnt mean there are gonna be blood guts, and wenches to refain your health.

It will still pre-sell like mad. Gamers have been wanting this game for years now.

Still is. Trust me.
Hmmm, I highly doubt that october will be the release date. How the hell could Gamefreakingstop know about a Title that was just recently shows for the first time. I guarantee know one really has an Idea when that game will be out except Miyamoto, and even still its only an Idea, as Delays are a possibility, especially for High profile Nintendo Games.

Yeah, Q1 sounds a lot better. And peasant lover, that funny how you said that you already have the game. LOL.

Nothing is for sure until nintendo makes an official statement with the U.S/Japanese/European release date.

I didn't have to ask Glenn about this one. GameStop has it wrong. Why would Nintendo say mid 2005 and 1 week later GameStop have it listed for Oct 18th?
If it were just a week or two difference, GameStop might be right but no...that's a difference of several months.

Hasn't anybody realized that it says Pre-Order in front of the date? wouldn't that imply that the preorder starts in october?
