I was just curious what you guys thought since theres only like a year left with these consoles should i spend my money on a gamecube or should i just wait for the revolution. Also i was wondering if it was worth buying a Gameboy advance with the DS coming out soon. Hopefully the DS won't be as expensive as the PSP will. Just give me ur thoughts.

i thought there was a bit more than a year to go?? o well, i wouldnt really know. if you got the money i would buy one of the consoles but id go xbox if you only need it for one year. then you only need like two games [say morrowind and one of the halos] and just those two could last you for the year.
but it all depends on how much money you have. id buy one but if it means not being able to aford a new one in a year then i wouldnt.

DS will be about $100.00 cheaper than the PSP and it's backward compatable to the GBA.
There is 2 years left in the GC.

The GC has an amazing line up that will be released soon. As well as some awesome games from a little while ago that you should't miss out on. Common, its a small price to pay.

Gamecube is only 3 years old, most systems last 5-6 years. And if Revolution is backwards compatible then might as well start your collection now.

well if its backwards compatible why don't i just wait for revolution to play the great games that are coming out for GC now?? I mean i want a GC but im not sure if thats what ishould spend my money on but it looks like all you think it would be the best thing to do. I was also thinking that i could just save up for a DS and the wireless multiplayer because that would definitely be worth it.

1) why wait for the revolution, when GC will be backward compatible.
your games will work for the revolution, so your investment is not in vain.
2) if you do deceide wait for the revolution, you have a good 1 1/2+ year wait...thats a long time, plus why hold off to buying a GC, when it is priced at a yummy $99
3) Enjoy your GC games today, instead of waiting for the revolution...By the time the revolution comes around, you'll have another batch of great games to feast upon.
4) And Buy a Nintendo D.S......period!

does anyone know when the DS is coming out?? i was also wondering if all the tech demos like pac pix and carving will be a game in there own because if they are that sure isn't much, i think they should put them together in like a collection game.
