so i have a problem and need some advice
about a month ago my 360 was having trouble reading discs, so we sent it in for repairs, but only the console, not the hard drive or the cords or anything
when we got it back, the disc tray was fixed and discs were a' readin fine, but my xbox live profile was corrupted, and i couldnt sign in
i read that a way to fix this is to delete your profile, then recover it and all your stuff will be saved
but the problem with that is that i dont remember what email i used to sign up for xbox live with, so i cant recover my gamertag
ive tried all the email addresses and passwords i can think of that me or my brothers have ever had, but none of them are apparently the right one
sooooooooooo how do i recover a gamertag when i dont know the email address to recover it???
and ive already tried talking to tech support or whatever from xbox, but they didnt understand my problem correctly i think, because their advice was all about changing my windows live id for my profile, but i cant do that because i cant SIGN IN TO MY PROFILE TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD OR ANYTHING IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!
ive spend a lot of money on microsoft points for this profile, and now all the stuff ive downloaded is not accessible from my other profiles
help?
