Thanks to Pwinsiders for the following;

The latest on the Austin/Goldberg/McMahon situation is playing out a bit more. The WWE has taken down Goldberg's profile on WWE.com as they did with Austin when he and the WWE first split.

The door had been left open for Goldberg to return to the WWE if something could be worked out down the road, but recently as has been reported, Goldberg hasn't had too many nice things to say about WWE. It is now thought that Goldberg may not be returning and because of the things he has said that the WWE has caught wind of that and taken down his profile.

On the other hand, Austin apparently has talked to Vince McMahon over the past few weeks, but at this time there is no deal for him to return.

The leading cause of this could be the speculation that Ted Turner may jump back into the wrestling biz next month by starting his own federtaion and wants both Austin and Goldberg to lead the way. It is even rumored that feelers have been sent out to both men over the past month to see if they would be interested. Both Goldberg and Austin have become quite close recently and that could have an effect on what both men decide to do in the future.

Austin brings a lot of entertainement to RAW, Goldberg is boring but the fans love him ... none of them are full-time wrestlers so I dunno ... but I guess the WWE should sign them before Ted picks them up.

How is that blak? Because of his personal problems or cause you just plain out hate him for now apparent reason? Austin cares about the business which is the opposite to Goldberg who was brought in from football and cares only about the cash.

I hope Billionaire Ted does start another wrestling organization. I'd say he was quite successful with WCW till the We Know Drama AHoles received control. More than likely Goldberg would go to TWWA (Ted's World Wrestling Association).

LOL

Steve Ausitn was a damned poison. He didn't wrestle, he just drove around in his reatarded ATV and stunned whoever he wanted. Vince never should've let him back in after he walked out the first time becuase the pussy didn't want to job to Lesnar. But he did let him in, because sheep like you would cheer every single fucking thing he did. He couldn't wrestle anymore, so instead he took TV time from all of the people who did. Austin was a half-crippled alchoholic woman-beating waste-of-space asshole.

Stonecold Steve Austin owns you, Blaksmoke, and is the single greatest wrestling/sports entertainment superstar ever to step foot into the squared circle. He almost single-handedly kept the WWF head-to-head with WCW during the Monday night Wars. He's done more for this business than The Rock and Hogan combined (and he sings karaoke songs with his guitar) they just haven't made the t-shirt yet.

And thats the bottom line!

He has done more to the industy than anybody else. You have to remember blak that the writing team came up with that Sherrif Austin. I'd figured you would bring in the wife beating cause you have no back up whatsoever.

Blak you go wrestle for 20 years and see if your not somewhat crippled yourself. LOL :whoa:

Actually, Austin himself came up with the idea of Sheriff Austin. He was given almost complete creative control over his character.

...indeed...he would be better to persue a career as a comedian...

Dude, Austin's human. If your claiming his shit because of his domestic abuse shit, it happens. Does he go off bragging about it? Yeah, he's had some problem. I respect the man. He needs a little bit under anger management, but I'de be proud to have him in a promotion of mine.

He had no fucking reason to job to Lesnar. Suddenly a guy comes in and wants to take all the spotlight? He didn't just leave because of that, his character WAS being used shitty.

Why doesn't he wrestle? HIS BODY IS FUCKED UP. If he could, he would, he gives ALL to his damned fans.

Blaksmoke

Lesnar didn't want to take all the spotlight, Vince himself wanted Lesnar to go over. He made the match. And I KNOW his body was beat, and since he couldn't wrestle, then he shouldn't have gotten more TV time than every single other person for three months!

Him getting that TV time was more Vince's idea too man.

He was STILL there number one draw despite his inability to wrestle.

WWE is in a slump, they used the best they could. You can't just blame 3:16 for that

He was the number one draw because of all the damn sheep that prasied everything he did.

Mick Foley, returning, basically to put over the mediocreRandy Orton...now thats some one who deserves to be called a legend.

Austin beat his fucking wife...NORMAL PEOPLE DONT DO THAT.

As far as entertainment wise...Austin was entertaining in '98..when I was 10, now its just fucking old...
No one will ever be as great as an entertainer as The Rock. Everytime he comes back for his one show every two months...I mark out, I can't help the fact that the man is entertaining. As for Stone Cold...its the same crap all the time, come out, give middle fingers, make friends with the person, then stun them, drink beers.

HE BEAT HIS FUCKING WIFE. How can you respect the man?!

If Austin had any dignity, he wouldn't have taken any storyline that Vince Macmahon pulls out of his creative arse and accepted the storyline that he himself knew it sucked. He should have just stayed the hell out. He's had some great days, and deep down he must know that the past year or so of his television time sucked really badly. Why pick at the scab instead of waiting for it to heal. Build up some fucking hype if he's that desperate to show some shitty television.
