I'm looking at a 2000 Eclipse with some body damage, and it says it "Lot Runs. WTF does that mean?

I will try and find out the correct meaning in a minute but this is my guess...

Lot, you guys call car parks parking lots, so prehaps it is scratches along the side of the car caused when this mofo has been parking his ride.

Just googled that shit and got some article.
