I have come into contact with a friend at IGN who had told me that there is infact the ability to record video to your mem stick without a problem. Apparently, some of the bundled software will only allow you to record up to 15 seconds of video, while the camera itself will record for as long as your card can hold

well it's a photo camera first, not a video camera and most of those take 15 second (max) video clips. I doubt a petition is gonna catch on and even if it did, change anyone's mind. The product is probably done.

I was thinking more along the lines of a firmware update to allow this to happen. Besides, these petitions have actually helped in the past.

I can't see a psp camera catching on anyway. An extra addon to carry around isnt exactly... actractive. If the camera was built in people would think wow, but its an addon so people will see the camera. First of all wonder what they can do with it and probably dismiss whatever game it comes with. It would take an amazing game to support it for it to take off.

I think it is dumb to buy one. Some sources say that the camera will cost bewteen 50-60 dollars. What a rip-off! I guess we will have to settle for third party. Plus, give me something that I cannot do on my cell phone!
