TONS of Wrestling News
Not tons.. but I figured I'll post this anyway.
Someone will enjoy. All News Courtesy of WrestlingExposed.Com (despite it being a sh*tty site anymore that Ryan Clark screws up) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx RVD posted a new blog on Myspace. It is posted here in its entirety Update for May ----------------- Greetings everybody. Thanks for checking out my site . You'll notice it looks pretty sweet, huh? Watch for it to keep developing in the next several weeks. By the way, as per several requests, I will be putting my workouts up in the near future. I'd like to tell you that Sabu says "Hello" but he's not really into talking. He's fine though, so don't be worrying. Anyone interested in the cannabis prohibition situation should check out Marc Emery and consider his petition before the end of the month. I met this guy in Vancouver a few months ago, and what an interesting story he has! He is the Johnny Appleseed of the herb! If you want to see someone who's upfront about his beliefs you can see him on his online video program Pot.tv. Wrestlemania 23 is out on DVD this week. Disc 3 has myself and Sabu inducting the Shiek into the hall of fame. I checked out my superstar early release copy, and it has the entire, unedited speech. This is the only time I've gotten credit for speaking well from WWE besides the original One Night Stand shoot promo, so it might be worth checking out. I will be signing your DVD's Tuesday May 22nd at FYI #1597, Jordan Creek Parkway, in West Des Moines from 12:00 – 2:00. Wow, that's in twelve hours. I better get ready for my flight. Robot Chicken is on DVD too! Funny, funny stuff. I recently gave LOST a try and went through the entire first two seasons as quickly as I could watch them. I'm waiting anxiously for season three to come out on DVD, or at least rerun on television because I really enjoy that show. I think you have to start at the beginning, but check it out. I hate season finales of great shows. Damn it Heroes! Can't we have a few more weeks? Last show is on now but I've got that flight we were talking about, remember? Let's do this again soon. Time to Roll… RVD xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx After a horrible bout with an infection and recently being released by WWE, Test will be working a show for MWF on June 16th in Arlington, MA. It is also been said that he will do a question and answer segment. Add Jimmy Snuka to the upcoming wrestling convention on June 2nd in Carteret, New Jersey. Big names already confirmed for the event include Bruno Sammartino, Pedro Morales, Diamond Dallas Page, Kurt Angle, and Mil Mascaras. WWEShop.com is doing pre-orders for the upcoming Ladder Matches DVD and Most Powerful Families in Wrestling DVD. They have also introduced several new watches featuring logos of Rey Mysterio, John Cena, Undertaker, DX, Triple H, and Batista. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx WWE ShopZone is accepting pre-orders for the upcoming Most Powerful Families in Wrestling DVD and the Ladder Matches DVD. The official Shop website has also released new kids style, stainless steel, and agent style watches now available for online purchase. Superstars featured on the new watches include Rey Mysterio, John Cena, Undertaker, Batista, DX, and Triple H. WWE.com is running a list of the top 10 wildest superstars in history as a part of their List This! feature. Number 10 on the list is the Boogeyman; the feature will continue on the official website until May 30th when all ten of the wildest superstars have been revealed. There is a new cell phone wallpaper now available for download that has been released by WWE that features Vince McMahon, Shane McMahon, and Umaga. The three are called “Team McMahon” and are labeled Judge, Jury, and Executioner respectively. Look for WWE to develop more merchandise featuring the trip in the near future. The rating for the 5/21/07 episode of Monday Night Raw came in at a 3.7. Last week's Raw did a 3.6. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Former WCW female and Scott Steiner "freak" Midajah has a MySpace page at myspace.com/midajahmccullum. Expect WWE to book the upcoming edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event on June 2nd (that will be taped next Monday in Toronto) with tag matches that feature talent involved in the One Night Stand pay-per-view the very next night in Jacksonville, FL. There has been a lot of speculation on what direction WWE will take with One Night Stand considering that it is no longer an event to showcase ECW talent. You can still expect several hardcore style gimmick matches to be booked. As we saw on RAW last night that is the case with a “Falls Count Anywhere” match and a “Street Fight’ already being announced. More matches should be confirmed at tonight’s SmackDown/ECW tapings. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx WWE has signed Drew Galloway from the U.K. to a developmental contract after he did a tryout while WWE was overseas last month. He will be reporting to Ohio Valley Wrestling in a few months. He's 21 years old (soon to be 22), 6 foot 6 and 250 pounds. Sheamus O'Shaunessy and Hade Vansen from the U.K. were also given developmental deals after recent tryouts. O'Shaunessy has the kind of bodybuilder look that WWE likes as he is 6 foot 6 and 280 pounds. WWE is still looking to open a full-time European territory, so they have told the U.K. wrestlers they are interested in to get ready for that. A half-dozen other names have come up, but their signings haven't been confirmed. WWE announced today that Sunday's scheduled WWE house show in Kingston, Ontario, Canada has been cancelled. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The Following is from Ryan Clark - Not much more regarding Sabu's release other than he claimed there was an incident at the airport on the way to Baltimore where his bags were checked and he was detained, which caused a big scene. He claimed this was why he arrived late to the taping. He also showed up and claimed to have a neck injury. The company took it as he was refusing to put over Kevin Thorn since he said he couldn't work. The Major Brothers have been moved to OVW from DSW. They're still on the main roster, but they're too low on the totem pole to appear on the combined Smackdown/ECW house shows, and thus they'll be getting their seasoning in OVW. Cassidy Riley has bleached his hair blonde and is now called Cassidy James. He's doing a brother tag team with K.C. James in OVW. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Well.. thats it for tonight. Hope someone enjoyed.

they should bring Paul Birchall back instead of keeping him in OVW, he could be a good tag team with Harry Smith

Eh..
They say that Vince pulled it because it was basically a rip off of Pirates Of The Carribean (sp) I like Birchall or Birchili or whatever we were calling him in the WWE. Great talent.. and even with that gimmick.. he wasn't a bad talent. It was entertaining enough for me. |
