Can you tell who got to 10 first?

For example, in the triple threat thread, it's obviously impossible that the 2 choices reached 10 first at the exact same time.

So, without asking people, can you tell who got to 10 first?

Like in my thread, apparently it was 9-9, but Even Kliq couldn't tell who got to 10 first. And kliq is clearly the ultra master

So can anybody?

We just look at who voted/times.
